Pattern Making

Designing and manufacturing patterns used to form the mold cavity. Materials: wood, metal, or plastic

Moulding

Preparing sand molds using green sand, resin-bonded sand, or shell moulds

Melting

Melting the base metal (like cast iron, SG iron, aluminum, or steel).

Pouring & Solidification

Controlled pouring of molten metal into molds. Monitoring temperature and timing to prevent defects

Fettling & Cleaning

Removing excess metal (runners, risers, flashes).Includes: Shot blasting,Grinding,Sand removal

Inspection & Quality Control

Checking castings for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Machining (Machine Shop)

Machining of cast components to required tolerances. Includes CNC turning, milling, drilling, and tapping
